Delivery, Cancellation, Replacement, Return and Refund Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Levante delivers fresh blooms and gourmet catering across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • Delivery Timings: We deliver 7 days a week, starting from 9:00 AM.
  • Delivery Charges: Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: A delivery fee of AED 30 applies to orders under AED 200. Orders over AED 200 are delivered free of charge. Abu Dhabi: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Midday). The minimum order value for Abu Dhabi is AED 300, with complimentary delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the following day.
  • Multiple Addresses: Orders requiring delivery to multiple locations will incur a separate delivery charge of AED 30 per additional address.
  • Re-routing: If an incorrect address is provided or a change of location is requested after dispatch, an additional re-routing fee of AED 30 may apply.
  • Special Instructions: Please include any specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, reception drop-off) in the "Notes" section at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

  • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund or store credit. Please contact us via email or phone to process your request.
  • Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled once they have been processed by our production team.
  • Dispatch Status: If your order has already left our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel the delivery. In such cases, delivery fees will not be refunded.

REPLACEMENT & RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. As flowers and food are perishable items, we do not accept standard returns. However, we are committed to ensuring quality.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your flowers or catering items immediately upon receipt.
  • Reporting Issues: If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of Issue: To help us resolve the matter quickly, please email us at [Insert Email] with a photo or video clearly showing the issue.
  • Resolution: Our Quality Control Team will review your claim immediately. If approved, we will offer a complimentary replacement of the affected items.
  • Condition: For floral replacements, we may require the original stems to be returned to us upon delivery of the new arrangement. Please do not discard them until the exchange is complete.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not offer cash refunds unless we are unable to fulfill your order as described.

  • Store Credit: For order modifications or cancellations made within the allowable window, refunds are typically issued as Store Credit, valid for future purchases at Levante.
  • Unavailable Items: If a specific flower or ingredient is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative. If no agreement is reached, a partial or full refund for that item will be processed.
  • Processing Time: In special cases where a monetary refund is approved to the original payment method, please allow up to 10-15 business days (or up to 45 days depending on your bank) for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Low Value Refunds: For refund amounts below AED 100, we may offer product replacements or store credit to avoid high transaction reversal fees.
